Terms & Conditions – Solver ERP Softwares
1.
Software
Licence is
non-transferable and is valid for use on a single computer only. For additional
computers, separate licences must be purchased.
2.
Rates
mentioned do not
include any service charges, maintenance charges, or configuration charges.
These charges will be billed separately.
3.
Data
Backup Responsibility:
Taking timely backups of data is the sole responsibility of the software
operator. Solver Softwares or its employees will not be liable for any loss or
damage of data due to negligence, incorrect power supply, hardware failure, or
any other reason.
4.
Software
Provided “As Is”:
The softwares provided to customers are sold as they are. No commitment is made
for customization or modification.
5.
Payments will be accepted via Cheque, RTGS, NEFT, or Demand
Draft.
6.
Licence
Replacement: In case of
loss, damage, or theft of Software Licence or Computer, the customer will be
required to repurchase the full licence.
7.
Support
Policy: Online
support is limited to software-related technical support only. No support will
be provided for hardware, PC, printers, barcode scanners, or accounting-related
issues.
8.
Vendor
Responsibility: The local
software vendor (who sold the software) will be responsible for providing
services and technical support.
9.
Refund
Policy: The
software amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
10.
Jurisdiction: All disputes and legal matters are subject to Barnala
jurisdiction only.
