Begin with the person using the screen
These three products connect different people to your business. A member of staff making a sale at a branch needs a billing workflow. A customer sending a list of required items needs an ordering workflow. A shopper browsing products needs a storefront. Choosing by the job being done makes the distinction clearer.
Write down one realistic transaction before requesting a demo: who starts it, what information they have, who reviews it and which business record should exist at the end. That example will help you compare the products without relying only on feature names.
Web POS is for branch billing
Web POS gives authorised staff a browser-based billing interface connected to the Speed Plus head office. The configured branch, user permissions and payment accounts form part of the setup. It is intended for the person completing the sale, rather than a customer sending a shopping request.
During a demo, create a bill and check its acknowledgement and head-office record. Also review how branch stock is presented and what happens when the connection is interrupted. A visible browser screen by itself does not confirm that the head office has received a transaction.
Web Order is for customer order requests
Web Order lets a customer use a shared business link to select items and quantities. The business receives the request for review in Speed Plus. This fits customers who know what they need and want a straightforward way to send an order.
Treat the submitted request as an order workflow. Review availability, customer details and the final transaction before converting it. Ask the demo team to show the complete path from customer submission to the resulting document in Speed Plus.
Web Store is for browsing your catalogue
Web Store presents a customer-facing product catalogue with the information and images configured for the store. Customers open the storefront link, browse products and send orders through the connected workflow. Preparing good product information is an important part of the launch.
Start with a small, well-maintained catalogue. Check product names, pack sizes and images on a phone, then place a sample order and review how your team receives it. Expand the catalogue after the ordering and fulfilment process is clear.
Test the connection, not just the first screen
Your business may need more than one of these tools. Explain the number of branches, the people handling orders and your current Speed Plus installation to Solver Solutions. Confirm licences, hosting, devices and connection requirements in the quotation.
Use the same sample items across each demonstration. Follow the transaction through to the final record and decide which staff member will own each step after launch.
Try this check with your team
Match each requirement to its user: a branch cashier needs billing and payment entry; a repeat customer needs item-and-quantity ordering; a browsing customer needs understandable product presentation. Then trace the resulting request or sale back to the business records.
What the result tells you
Choose the product by the task rather than the word web. These channels can complement each other, but each needs a clear setup, responsible operator and review process. Confirm shared data and integration behaviour for the proposed combination.
